During her tenure as a law attorney specialized in copyright and media law, as well as in-house lawyer at the consumer association Bayern, Ms Berger gained profound expertise in the areas of competition law, copyright law, media law, trademark law, contractual agreements and data protection law. Furthermore she has solid experience in press and publicity work. In food law matters, Ms. Berger advises national and international clients primarily on issues such as labelling, the design of advertising concepts and contract drafting, as well as in the area of competition and trademark law.
Ms. Berger obtained her law degree at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich specializing in competition, intellectual property and media law. Under the professorship of Prof. Nadine Klass she is currently finalizing her doctoral thesis focusing on individual entitlement to information in cases of online infringements of the general right of personality.
